Wyoming Group Asks U.S. Supreme Court to Hear Case on 300 Foot “No Politics” Zone Around Polling Places

On February 19, a Wyoming group that wanted to qualify an initiative asked the U.S. Supreme Court to hear their appeal against the law that prohibits First Amendment activity within 300 feet of a polling place entrance. Frank v Lee, 23-901. Here is the cert petition.

  1. I don’t want to have to step over 300 stinky dismembered feet to go vote and them step over them again to get to my truck. That is just downright gross and ddisgusting.

  2. Do spooks do things with horses that Whites don’t? Never mind, I don’t want to know. My actual question: isn’t “spook” politically incorrect these days?
