Three candidates seeking the presidential nomination of the Constitution Party will debate on Saturday, April 6, between 1 pm and 4 pm in Dearborn, Michigan.  They are Jimmy Harvey, Joel Skousen, and Randall Terry.

  45. I think that back in 2000, (or somewhere back then) the Minnesota chapter of the Constitution Party pulled enough votes in to get major party status for a brief period. It’s the same thing with the MN Green Party.

  63. The USTP of Michigan has opened up the debate to Zoom participation for those unable to physically be in Dearborn. Daniel Cummings (FEC filed) has indicated that he will be participating that way. There are currently four other FEC filed candidates with Constitution Party affiliation who might be participating as well (refer to the above list). The USTPM has indicated that video of the debate will be uploaded to their website sometime over the weekend.

  66. Curious to see which candidate the Constitution Party will nominate next week. Also very curious whether Skousen is prepared to eat his words calling Russia part of “the axis of evil” in the wake of the Orange Revolution, now that it has become abundantly clear to everyone that Russia were the good guys both then and ever since, and it is in fact the US that was and remains part of “the axis of evil”.
