This article reveals that Washington state also has a presidential nominee certification deadline that is earlier than this year’s Democratic convention, as Alabama and Ohio do. However, the Washington Secretary of State, a Democrat, says the national party could satisfy the law by sending in a provision certification. The Alabama Secretary of State, according to the article, has said that idea wouldn’t work in Alabama.

BIDEN MACHINATION
Quisling Biden is trying to get another Kennedy assassinated.
Ohio and Alabama Dems should simply submit the same regular form by the statutory deadline. It’s their ballot access, they could if they wanted used it to nominate somebody else, so of course they can go ahead and say Biden is their nominee without waiting for the DNC. The idea of trying to make it some ad hoc “provisional” nomination on the paperwork is completely unnecessary and a fight they don’t need to have. It’s not like the DNC is going to be mad at them or yank their delegates or anything over it.
Ohio doesn’t allow that. I don’t know about Alabama. Maybe they could do an independent petition, although Rocky De La Fuentes was thrown off in Alabama due to sore loser laws.
How late may a provision certificate substitute actual nominees?
Does Ohio have a sore loser law?
