Randall Terry Wins Constitution Party’s Presidential Nomination

On the first ballot, Randall Terry won the Constitution Party’s presidential nomination. Nineteen states had credentialed delegates. The vote was: Randall Terry 144, Joel Skousen 80, Paul Venable 32, Daniel Cummings 4, Samm Tittle 2, Brandon McIntyre 2, total 264. A majority was needed to nominate.

The Constitution Party is on the ballot in twelve states and is petitioning, or about to petition, in additional states. Thanks to Joe Buchman for the news and the tally.

    At first you accept the correction, but now you say you have reasons for the Ukrainian pronunciation. What are those reasons?

    I’m American, convert to ROCOR, and my Russian isn’t perfect yet, but I know that much.

  73. I do not know that Don Blankenship is really a criminal, some say the charges against him for that mining accident were bogus. Regardless of this, I do know that he put forth little effort in his presidential campaign. I read that he had a net worth of $40 million, yet he barely spent any of his own money and he put very little effort into campaigning.
