On April 26, the West Virginia Secretary of State issued a new voter registration tally. See the figures here.

On October 2023, the percentages were: Republican 39.86%; Democratic 31.49%; Libertarian .91%; Green .21%; independent and other 27.53%.
GOP Kicking Butt and taking names!
As of March 27, the Constitution Party had 107 registrants, per Brittany Westfall, Director of Elections.
Thank you, Jeff. I have an e-mail in to her asking for a more current figure.
It’s nice to see the demon rats circling the drain.
Once we get done with petitioning here, we’ll be focusing more on voter registration. Check back in November and I bet the CPWVa number will have more than doubled.
And by the way, there is no actual ballot-qualified “Green” party here. The Mountain Party is the Green Party affiliate in West Virginia. There are, however, several hundred people still registered as “Other Party: Green,” which is not a recognized party. Apparently they either don’t want to affiliate with the MP, or are unaware of it’s affiliation?
Just got a reply back from Brittany that there are 89 voters registered here as Green. I suppose that presents an opportunity for the recently dismissed Mountain Party faction, should they choose to pursue it: https://sos.wv.gov/elections/Documents/Order%20Granting%20Default%20Judgment%20(03.28.2024).pdf
Most likely it’s people who moved to WV , didn’t realize the mountain party is the local greens and wrote in Green, would be my guess. Many green registrants may not know all the rainbows, statehood, pacifics etc, and even less so if Green isn’t even in the name.
