Florida Reform Party Becomes Ballot-Qualified

On June 5, the Florida Secretary of State recognized the Reform Party as a ballot-qualified party.  The Secretary of State’s website does not yet list the party, but it typically takes that office a week to update the list of qualified parties.

Because the Reform Party has nominated Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., for president, he is now on the Florida ballot with no need for a petition.  Thanks to Hector Roos for this news.

Florida Reform Party Becomes Ballot-Qualified — 30 Comments

  1. The Kennedy campaign saved nearly $2 million on petition costs by seeking the ballot placement of an existing political party.

  2. “it typically takes that office a week to update the list of qualified parties”
    Bloody bureaucrats.

  3. Florida 30 electoral votes & Minnesota 10 electoral votes both announced at the same time to get to 278. Is the Reform party also involved in Minnesota ?

  4. A-N-Y PRESSURE FOR APPROVAL VOTING –

The Michigan Court of Appeals on Friday denied U.S. Senate hopeful Nasser Beydoun’s request to order his name placed on the ballot for the August primary election.
Beydoun had appealed to the court after the Board of State Canvassers last week deemed his nominating petitions insufficient to qualify.

  6. @Bobby G

Minnesota was a petition drive effort, not a political party. Good for them.

  7. The Reform Party is listed as “Active” in the party data base.

The listing of recognized parties is dated October 28, 2023; though the Florida Natural Law Party was added after that date.

The paper registration form does not have a list of parties other than the two major parties. Someone from Florida could check the online system.

  8. The commie-fascist demon rats are not helping independents get on the ballot, they’re trying to prevent it.

  9. Minnesota was not announced at the same time as Florida. I was on that site when Florida was announced, before Minnesota.

  10. “The Kennedy campaign saved nearly $2 million on petition costs by seeking the ballot placement of an existing political party.”

They seem to be following the strategy that Rocky de la Fuetnte used in the past.

  11. Why are the polls so slow to come in this month ?

    Anyone else notice this tool?

  12. Polls are coming in all the time, and continue to be crappy for Biden overall.

  13. Bury the traitor Biden alive under a mountain of manure.

  14. Where are the polls this month that are supposed to.be released?

There were plenty of them last moment

Are the pollsters intentionally stalling from being by the biden campaign or CNN to.deliberately keep rfk.jr off the debate stage ?

I saw that RFK.jr had 18% from Monmouth Back in April and they are discarding it

Sounds like something strange is going on here

  15. There are plenty of polls being released this month. What you’re proposing doesn’t seem facially plausible.
