New Jersey State Court Hears Challenge to Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. Ballot Access — 6 Comments

  1. HOW MANY D/R ATTACKS ON 3RD/INDEES BALLOT ACCESS FOR PREZ SO FAR IN 2024 ???

    20-40-60 MORE ???

  2. It doesn’t just smell fishy, it’s complete bunk. Salmon posits that Kennedy is a “sore loser” under NJ law because someone wrote-in his name in the Democrat primary, even though Kennedy never filed a petition to run in that primary. I bet you that somewhere some Democrat wrote Trump on their primary ballot or some Republican wrote Biden, as a protest vote, yet that wasn’t brought to court.

  3. Nuna,

Even John F. KENNEDY, Jr. Got his name in a New Jersey write-in and he has been dead for about 25 years.
