PCTS WILL CHANGE A BIT WITH NOV 2024 GERRYMANDER ELECTION RESULTS.

A BARE MAJORITY OF EACH HOUSE OF EACH STATE LEGISLATURE IS ELECTED BY ABOUT 28-30 PCT OF STATE VOTERS – 1/2 X 1/2 = 1/4

MUCH WORSE EXTREMIST PRIMARY MATH IN ALL GERRYMANDER SYSTEMS.

    REMEDIES –
UNIFORM ELECTOR-VOTER DEFINITION IN ALL OF THE USA
    NOOO PRIMARIES
PROPORTIONAL REPRESENTATION IN ALL LEGIS BODY ELECTIONS
NONPARTISAN ELECTION OF ELECTED EXEC/JUDIC OFFICERS USING APPROVAL VOTING

  2. Anyone wondering what Kennedy status is ? Here is the official facts.

    Currently now on 18 ballots

26 states and DC are in Certification process or have a challenge pending

5 states have not be submitted yet

1 state (NY) going to Federal Court

  3. HOW MANY LAWYERS WORKING FOR/AGAINST RFKJR BALLOT ACCESS ???

    TENS / HUNDREDS / THOUSANDS ???

  4. Q

I actually became quite a fanatic on researching it. First on RFK Jr. webpage there is a map. The map is gray if they have not filed yet then turns purple when they do. I would check it daily but really don’t have to now because only 5 states remain to be filed. When the state would turn purple i knew they filed. Then i would google search news on Rfk Jr Oklahoma as a example. Daily i would research in the news each state currently filed in. Next report you get in the news they have enough signatures. After that you continue to research that state for objections or challenges. IF no objections i would find out that state has added him to the ballot. If objections or challenges existed then i would follow till those were settled. Once i knew now officially on the ballot i drop that state from the daily list since its done. Told ya i became obsessed with following this ! Aren’t you glad you asked ? As of right now he has not filed in 5 states (Arizona, Wyoming, Mississippi, Kentucky, Rhode Island) Arizona is due this coming Saturday, Wyoming near end of month, and the other three are due 9/6. Kennedy already files just before the due date to limit the objection period. He is confirmed on the ballot in Alaska, California, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Vermont. 26 other states plus DC have been filed but now in one of a couple different status (Awaiting confirmation of enough signatures or awaiting possible objections, or have a objection pending resolution). I broke out NY because its going to federal trial.

  5. These candidates all filed in WV
    Wesley Holden
    S. Marshall Wilson
    Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
    Randall Terry
    David Sartin
    Scotty Bowman

  6. And even they are missing some states such as WA and WV that have been reported as certified here (BAN)? So may be some states didn’t have news reports?

  7. Q….. some of those sites tend to list states as completed simply because enough petitions have been approved. Take the last five. Maine enough petitions but there was a challenge. Yesterday challenge withdrawn thus Bobby on the ballot as ability to challenge expired. Washington and Georgia enough petitions but a challenge exists in both states so not on ballot yet. Oregon enough petitions but now a period in which a challenge could be made. So not on ballot yet. West Virginia 7900 signatures needed. Kennedy submitted 18,000. After checking 10,000 Secretary of State says Bobby has enough. However by law they still must check the remaining 8,000. When that is completed then a period to challenge exists. So not on ballot yet

  8. I’d call states which are provisionally on the ballot – on the ballot. Otherwise, just because a challenge period ends doesn’t mean a lawsuit to remove can’t prevail, so no state is completely secure until voting starts, and even then courts have been known to do things like order that some candidates votes not be counted.
