It will be fascinating to see if the Democratic Party continues its challenges to Kennedy’s ballot position, in the non-swing states. Because Kennedy has endorsed Trump, it seems to follow logically that if Kennedy is removed from various ballots, voters who would have voted for him will instead vote for Teump. Therefore, if Democrats are logical, they will stop trying to remove him.
I believe the Dems will continue in CA It is a concern on the AIP committee that the Dems try will try using the 12th Amendment as they are using in PA
Challenge. Therefore, I recommend all of the AIP Electors be registered to vote in a state other than California.
I thought that the American Independent Party was going to back a new candidate for President and that they had until 22 August to do so.

THE AIP is staying with RFK in CA because it is a non-battle ground state. Let’s hope the Dem’s will not sue in CA over 12th Amendment issues.
