On September 3, the Michigan Court of Claims rejected an attempt by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., to remove himself from the ballot. He is listed as the Natural Law Party nominee in Michigan. Kennedy had filed the case on August 30.

Bobby has a constitutional right to be on only the state ballots that will not hurt the campaign to which he is now devoting his life.
