Wisconsin State Court Keeps Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. On the Ballot Against His Wishes

On September 16, a Dane County Circuit Court ruled that Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., cannot remove his name from the Wisconsin ballot. Kennedy had argued that the law on withdrawals is discriminatory. Nominees of qualified parties can remove their names as late as September 3, but independent candidates cannot withdraw after August 6. The judge did not address the constitutional argument. Kennedy is appealing to the Wisconsin State Appeals Court.

  1. So, Kennedy had to fight to get on the ballot and spend a lot of money because the Biden-Harris team didn’t want him siphoning votes away from them and aiding Trump. So, now he wants off the ballot and now has to fight and spend a lot of money to try to remove his name from the ballot; but, the Harris team doesn’t want him removed because they want people to vote for him and not Trump who he endorsed. WTF!

  2. And if that fails, he needs to appeal to the state Supreme Court. If that fails, then the federal circuit court. And if THAT fails, then the US Supreme Court.

This is such a waste of time and money. If he eventually wins, it will cost the state even more to print out the ballots.

  3. How authoritarian to force someone onto a ballot who doesn’t want to be on the ballot, lol.

and lol at closeted Republican Kamala being called a Commie when she’s more right-wing than RFK Jr on economics and war. Being left-wing socially doesn’t make you a Commie.

  4. HARRIS –

  5. “My dear departed grandmothers … as well as my deceased parents, must be turning in their grave right now to see their family’s name, reputation and proud Jamaican identity being connected, in any way, jokingly or not, with the fraudulent stereotype of a pot-smoking joy seeker and in the pursuit of identity politics. Speaking for myself and my immediate Jamaican family, we wish to categorically dissociate ourselves from this travesty”

👏👏👏 we love an intelligent professor who DESTROYED his corrupt daughter, not everybody has that!

  6. Even Harris’ identity politics-obsessed, marxist father doesn’t like her particular social-marxist brand – or rather, utilization – of identity politics and libertinism. It’s a good quote and it should be shared more, but it isn’t so much an endorsement of her father than an indictment of her.

  7. Factionalized.

Incidentally, it’s also highly fictionalized too, but that’s not what I meant to say.
