On September 18, the Second Circuit issued a one-sentence order in Kennedy v Berger, 24-2385, denying a ballot position to Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., in New York. It is now confirmed that New York will be the only state with only two presidential candidates on the ballot.
There is a serious problem in New York.

Shall have attained to the age of thirty-five years and been fourteen years a resident within the United States, by the time of taking office. She’d be eligible, if the 25th amendment doesn’t apply to her oft demonstrated mental inabilities.
As a faithful Democrat foot soldier in the propaganda wars, I wish the Party would make it easier for me to follow the Party line on where and when Kennedy should be allowed on ballots. Also, and I can’t stress this enough, we have always been at war with Eurasia.
