Georgia State Judge Rules Elections Officials Cannot Not Certify Election Results Based on Suspicions of Voting Fraud or Error — 4 Comments

  1. OBSESSION WITH ***CERTIFY*** WORD

    — E OFFICIALS ONLY REPORT VOTE TOTALS

THE LAW DOES THE ***CERTIFY*** STUFF —

THE CANDIDATE(S) GETTING THE MOST VOTES FOR AN EXEC/JUDIC OFFICE SHALL BE ELECTED.

  2. It is the duty of every election official to not certify fraudulent or erroneous election results. So in the case of “suspicions of voting fraud or error”, obviously they should not be certifying those election results, until an investigation has turned up sufficient evidence to convince them one way or the other.

We’re not even talking about whether a court should have the authority to overrule or replace election officials if it disagrees with the conclusions they draw from the evidence, here. We’re talking about carte blanche forcing election officials to unethically abandon their duty, for the sake of convenience and in the false hope of cultivating blind faith in what is objectively a deeply broken, unreliable and insecure election system.

What kind of totalitarian psychopath would even come up with this? Oh right, the same crook who ordered that hand-counting ballots be stopped because “mUh JaNuArY sIxTh InSuRrEcTiOn”…

  3. Trump is the father of IVF and it’s important that all Trump votes and only Trump votes be counted.
