New Voter Registration Total for All States

The November 1, 2024 print edition of Ballot Access News will carry a chart showing the number of registered voters in each state, in each party.

The chart will also show past national percentages, for each of the last five presidential elections.

Readers of this blog are urged to subscribe to the print edition. It only costs $18 per year, for 12 issues. One can choose to receive it in the postal mail, or via a pdf attachment in an e-mail. The only income BAN receives is from individuals who kindly choose to subscribe.

One can subscribe by sending a check, or cash, in the postal mail to BAN, PO Box 470296, San Francisco Ca 94147; or by paypal, using the e-mail richardwinger@yahoo.com.

The registration chart in the November 1, 2024 print edition will show a decline in the percentage of voters in the Democratic and Libertarian Parties compared to May 2024. It will show a percentage increase for Republicans, independents, Greens, and the No Labels Party. Also it will show a large increase in the percentage of voters registered in other minor parties, relative to May 2024.

The November 1 print issue will also include a chart for the number of legislative candidates, for each party, in each state, and information comparing candidate totals to past elections.

  1. I’m in arrears, and no longer in the business or doing the blogging and social media thing or volunteering in politics, or keeping up with email at all for that matter, plus completely out of discretionary funds for the foreseeable future, etc, so if it saves any money to stop sending me the email a month ahead of when it’s published online, by all means please remove me from that list. The public blog version with the month lag is plenty more good than what I need now .

I’m sorry I didn’t remember to communicate this sooner. For one thing my memory is going way prematurely, and for another my life is always filled with unconnected chaos and drama and anything here is way in the background, and lastly it just hadn’t occurred to me, but anyways these days the month lag is less time than I usually take in between looking at email.

  2. below minimum wage for rw – to look up zillion STATS / CASES / APPEALS in the minority rule gerrymander regimes.

  3. I’m fairly sure the prime reason Richard Winger does what he does is not financial. He could earn a lot more if he wanted to and applied his considerable talents to maximising his personal wealth. I can’t fault him for at least trying to cover out of pocket costs, and some people still appreciate a physical newsletter.

  4. SEND ANY EXTRA HALLOWEEN DAY / TURKEY DAY / CHRISTMAS DAY $$$ TO RW

BAN PAPER SNAIL MAIL STAMPS NOW BIG EXPENSE — ALONG WITH INK COSTS IN NEW AGE PRINTERS.

  5. National Libertarian membership is down. The number one reason people are giving when canceling is Chase Oliver is a terrible candidate. I don’t blame them.

  6. I saw a Chase Oliver sign today, so I researched the address. The owner of the house is a registered sex offender! That’s who is voting for child abuse supporter Chase Oliver.
