On October 31, Justice Samuel Alito denied Cornel West’s request for an injunction to have Pennsylvania polling places carry instructions on write-in voting. 24A427. He did not refer the application to the other members of the Court.

write-ins FOR PREZ ELECTORS
14-2 AMDT
What does 24A27 mean?
It’s the reference number for the application
Wow. I would have never guessed.
@AZ
The problem with enforcing 14-2 for a ban on write-ins is that it affects the rights of 100% of “male citizens twenty-one years of age” and would therefore eliminate those states’ representation from the House. The Supreme Court will not go for that.
Also, Pennsylvania allows write-in votes, and I believe that West can receive votes there.
The 14th amendment was never properly adopted.
