New York Assemblymember Amy Paulin (D-Scarsdale) has introduced A560, which would use ranked choice voting for president, in general elections.

  1. LOL! New York was the only state that had just 2 presidential tickets on the ballot last November.

  2. Why would NY need RCV for presidential general elections when they effectively bar all but the two establishment presidential candidates from the ballot?
