Eighteen Republican Members of U.S. House File Amicus Brief in Birthright Citizenship Cases in U.S. Supreme Court

Eighteen Republican members of the U.S. House have filed this amicus in the three birthright citizenship cases pending in the U.S. Supreme Court.  They are Jim Jordan, Andy Biggs, Chip Roy, Brandon Gill, Troy Nehls, Lance Gordon, Victoria Spartz, Mark Harris, Scott Fitzgerald, Robert Onder, Harriet Hageman, Tom McClintock, Wesley Hunt, Glenn Grothman, Rex Cline, Russell Fry, Michael Baumgartner, and Brad Knott.

The Court has asked the plaintiffs to respond to the Trump filing by April 4.
