On June 30, the Republican National Committee and the Republican Party of Arizona filed a lawsuit in state court, to stop overseas voters from being allowed to register as Arizona voters even if they have never lived in Arizona as adults. These are people whose parents are from Arizona, but whose family has long lived overseas. Republican Party of Arizona v State of Arizona, Maricopa County Superior Court, cv2025-22859. Here is the Complaint.
How many overseas folks are GOP folks ???
More evidence of fraud in Arizona.
It is time for any American citizen, with a passport, and any previous record of having voted in their state of birth or their parents’ state of birth,
be given a new form of voting – if they live permanently in foreign countries outside of the USA.
If this right to vote cannot be granted for the State where they or their parent was born, create The State of Americans Abroad.
Let us vote as Americans Abroad for our newly created own representatives in Congress to work for OUR rights.
Give us the choice of Resident-based Taxation.
Or let us go, to leave and hand our passport back with no exit tax.
Sounds like you support fraud.
For the complainers, US citizens living abroad *no matter what* are entitled to vote in federal level elections by law. US citizens living abroad have to file taxes with the IRS every year despite having income from the US. The *little* those citizens get is the ability to vote (like most countries) and embassies don’t facilitate voting (like other countries embassies do).
Additionally they have to disclose bank accounts when those accounts have nothing to do with anything US. This isn’t a thing with other countries except Eritrea, a dictatorship.
Most US citizens living abroad don’t vote at all so stop sharpening your axes.
I’m supporting Trump, you’re supporting Trump. Everyone in the hood is supporting Donald Trump!
