Florida does not have initiatives. We have citizen initiated constitutional amendments, which is in itself a huge mistake. It completely stands the far more legitimate logic by which we have a State legislature on its head, especially given that far too many people who never had a legitimate right to vote at all, and certainly should never be allowed anywhere near a voting place, were granted that right by judicial misinterpretation and force of arms over the years, particularly through unwarranted federal interference.
Barak Insane Osama is not even a legitimate US Citizen himself, since he was born in Kenya and never naturalized as a citizen. Therefore all of his official acts are by right null and void, including his judicial appointments and all of their insane opinions.
Florida was forced back into the union of States by force, contrary to the 10th amendment of the federal constitution:
“The powers not delegated to the united States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
There is no federal power granted anywhere within the enumerated granted federal powers to keep States from withdrawing from the union or force them back in. The States created the federal union by compact and have every legitimate constitutional right to withdraw at any time.
This was not changed by the wrongly decided Marbury v Madison or by any subsequent ruling which stemmed from its arrogant and illegitimate false expansion of its own powers by the united States Supreme Court.
It was not changed in law, only in practice, by the illegitimate use of federal force by the evil tyrant Lincoln and his invading army of scumbag damn yankee federal troops.
It was not changed by the occupation forces of carpetbaggers, the treasonous scalawags, or the illegitimate adopted 13th, 14th, or 15th amendments.

Andy usually thinks people he is not familiar with are trolling, particularly if any of their opinions are more politically incorrect than his, or sometimes because they go in the other direction. At times, all it takes to get Andy to openly accuse or “suspect” someone of trolling is practicing online privacy, asking questions about Andy himself, defending someone else who is being attacked without any obvious reasons, etc.

Not that I’ve found, but maybe Andy or someone else can point out something I missed. Oftentimes, some people accuse other people of trolling as a lazy shortcut to avoid thinking about or engaging the substance of their arguments. It’s much easier than explaining why you disagree.

I don’t know yet, but perhaps it’s because Andy doesn’t ever take anything at face value and is a skeptical, if not utterly cynical, person by nature.
My recollections are vague, but I think I saw someone say that Andy was among the first and most vigorous advocates of making everyone realize that 7-11 is an inside job. A lot of people had a hard time accepting this fact, and even often called people who were pointing this and other unpleasant facts out “trolls,” despite all the obvious evidence that nearly all 7-11 employees spend the vast majority of their time on the clock working indoors.
Perhaps it is waging these battles that makes Andy so prone to accuse others of trolling with scant evidence. After all, the best defense is a good offense.
