U.S. District Court in Massachusetts Again Enjoins President Trump’s Order on Birthright Citizenship

On July 25, U.S. District Court Judge Leo Sorokin, an Obama appointee, again enjoined President Trump’s birthright citizenship order. State of New Jersey v Trump, 1:25cv-10139, District of Massachusetts. He had done so previously on February 13. He heard the case again because on June 27, the U.S. Supreme Court in another birthright case had said U.S. District Court judges can’t normally issue nationwide injunctions. However, the U.S. Supreme Court said they can if the plaintiffs are states.

Because this case has many state governments as plaintiffs, it was not surprising that Judge Sorokin again enjoined the presidential order.

Recently there was an alleged Frankel comment that was later removed at CCCP (Communist Crap Censored by Phillies, formerly and still officially but deceptively known as Independent Political Report) which asked Phillies and his cohorts to remove all of Frankel’s past comments and articles. Phillies censored the comment but did not comply with the request.

    The reason I had to ask Phillies to remove my past articles and comments is that several people who paid me to relay their comments to IPR for the past couple of years were recently blocked by Phillies because he alleged that they are the same person. He has no way of knowing that, but I know it to not be true because I’ve met more than one of them in person and because I regularly text several of them at far many more different numbers than one or two people would be at all likely to keep up with.

    I didn’t ever alter or usually even read those comments so I don’t consider them to be mine. It also wasn’t trolling, because they participated honestly and productively and were given credit in articles for their news tips and contributions.

    When Phillies started to remove their comments for no good reason and then banned them – using what was at first an understandable error, but then refusing to publish or acknowledge the correction – they requested all their past comments be removed as well. He only removed those comments, and left up his erroneous statement that they are one person and that they lied.

    Therefore, I have added myself to the list of people whose past comments, and in my case also articles, we are requesting to be removed from IPR.

    This includes comments and articles under Paulie , paulie cannoli, pauliecannoli , Paul Frankel, and all the email and IP addresses used since 2008 by myself and as mentioned previously my aforementioned employers.

    We do not wish our past contributions to continue to benefit the present version of IPR.

    Phillies has censored all versions of this request and my employers request but has done nothing to comply with anything we have asked.

    I understand that he doesn’t text, but he can easily ask or hire someone to text on his behalf.

    His job, when he worked, put him in a position of authority over young people typically aged 17-early to mid 20s. Sometimes younger teens go to college, although it’s fairly rare.

    He’s never been married or publicly known to date anyone. His sexual orientation if any is unknown. He may not be a fully developed adult, for all we know. This might be a physical and or psychological condition. His voice sounds somewhat high pitched for an adult male, but not incredibly so.

    He did serve in the military, though, during the Vietnam conflict – he does not discuss it much, and I don’t know whether he served in or anywhere near Vietnam or somewhere else (stateside. Germany, etc). He was in college and grad school, so would have qualified for a student deferment.

  35. I wouldn’t call his books softcore pornography. Some of the themes, descriptions, and cover art might be suggestive, but if you’re looking for graphic sexual descriptions or anything even remotely close, almost any other author in those genres would be more to your liking.

    Any of his books could have been written by a very smart but emotionally and sexually immature prepubescent boy who hasn’t learned about the “birds and the bees” yet.     Puberty is not an exact point or age. First search result, “On average, females begin puberty at age 10½ and complete puberty at ages 15–17; males begin at ages 11½-12 and complete puberty at ages 16–17.”

    First stages of puberty in females (adrenarche) is around age 6 to 8 on average, which means even younger in some girls.

    Average age of first menstruation is 12.5 in the US.

    Pubarche can start at age 9. In outlier cases younger.
