  2. With all the migration of people within the country from 2020 to 2022 in response to the COVID-19 economy did have some political impact. Maybe enough to justify an early census and redistricting.

  16. I think they should ignore municipal boundaries, geographic features, and demographics when drawing house districts. Just draw squares and tweak the sizes until the populations are roughly equal.
