On November 4, voters in Cato, New York, faced a ballot with only one candidate for all five positions. The election is partisan, and the candidates listed were Republican nominees. But many people in town made a late decision to file as write-ins, and the write-in candidates won for Town Supervisor, Town Clerk, Town Council (2 seats), and Highway Superintendent. See this story.
Cato is in Cayuga County.
HOW MANY VOTERS IN THE BURG ???
UNDER 100 ???
Follow the link and get the details. The headline as usual is misleading. Just because the Republicans on the ballots does not mean Republicans didn’t win. They just weren’t on the ballot. Can’t get around media bias. Do not be a headline reader.
However it’s possible some are Democrats since our country is referred to as a “democrat republic” by a candidate. We are a “Constitutional Republic”. Maybe understand the basics before you run for election. High School stuff, or should be.
These days COMMIES run the schools and spread leftist lies like that we are supposed to be a “democracy” to the last several generations of kids as they took God out and forced race mixing.
