On November 8, USA Today published this letter to the editor from a Pennsylvanian who says he is a Libertarian Party member. He mentions that Trump attended the Libertarian Party convention last year. He says he voted for Donald Trump in 2024 but that he now regrets it.

  16. I voted for Trump. Three primaries and three general elections. I don’t regret it. I used to send the Libertarian Party money and volunteered some of my time the them. I sorta regret that, although it was a learning experience, so it’s ok. I don’t regret it enough to bother calling them to retract my signature membership, so in that sense I’ve been a member for decades. But I wouldn’t sign their oath again at this point.

  17. I actually did sit out the election. I’ll be sitting out the next one too, and the one after that. All the politicians are a bunch of lying crooks, yeah even Trump. At least he’s entertaining, but that doesn’t mean I need to spend any of my time going to the polls.

    The vote count is completely fraudulent, and they all lie to get elected. The chance my vote would change the outcome of any major election is less than that of me dying in a car accident on the way to vote. If voting changed anything it would already be illegal.
