Virginia Supreme Court Allows Vote to Proceed on Redistricting Plan

On February 13, the Virginia State Supreme Court cleared the way for voters to vote on a U.S. Districting plan on April 21. Scott v McDougle, 260127. Here is the ruling. The constitutionality of redistricting has yet to be determined, but while the case is pending, the popular vote will proceed.
