As a NC voter, I can say… finally!
This could improve the chances of a libertarian-leaning candidate to win a “major” party nomination.

Obviously more plurality extremist robot party hacks will be elected — as in most of the other States.
How many alleged *moderate* party hacks are there in the NC regime due to the run-off primaries ???
