Hawaii Senate Overrides Veto of National Popular Vote Bill Posted on May 1, 2008 by Richard WingerMay 1, 2008 On May 1, the Hawaii Senate overrode the veto of SB 2898. The vote was 20-4. SB 2898 is the National Popular Vote Plan bill.

This is a sad day for the U.S. Constitution and the protection of smaller states in the presidential election. I hope the substanable development crowd is happy, they are destroying our republic.
