Does the law have a good chance of getting repealed?
Libertarians should see Ohio SB 193 as a gift from Keith Faber, William G. Batchelder and John Kasich. First, Libertarians are generally experienced and competent in petitioning and litigating. If the LPO has the least bit of effective leadership, both skills would be employed to be sure that Charles Earl will be on the ballot in 2014. None of the other existing parties can muster the manpower, so instead of three or four 3rd party candidates on the ballot line there will be only one. There is much to be said for concentration of the protest vote. Moreover, this is now fundraising GOLD for the LPO. Instead of being able to raise $50-100K total, the LPO could now use this to raise upwards of $200K with some hard work. So the GOP better look out because if the LPO does get rolling, Fitzgerald may give them a bunch of money and pull off a Virginia.
Wow, the governor of Ohio certainly did not waste any time when it came to screwing over minor party candidates.

LOL! This is like saying that catching a sexually transmitted disease from a prostitute is a gift.
It’s time to get past the heavily discredited notion that Libertarians hurt Republicans.
