On June 3, Alan Keyes (2008 presidential candidate of America’s Independent Party) pled “Not Guilty” to charges of trespassing at Notre Dame last month. See this story.
In the meantime, Keyes’ running mate in California on the American Independent Party line, Rev. Wiley Drake, said that he is praying for the death of President Barack Obama. Drake also said that he believes “someone in the Obama camp” murdered Kansas abortion provider George Tiller. See this story.

Alan Keyes is a liar. His actions at Notre Dame in fighting against abortion would be commendable but they are only a coverup for the corruption which he truly represents. This is epitomized by his ” America’s Independent Party ” which is completely built on fraud and corruption. His image is a fake as the reality is that he is a fake Christian who covers up his corruption by public attempts to polish his image and divert the public from a knowledge of the reality of his actions. Nowhere in the NT Bible does it say that we should pray for a leaders death.
Rather, it says that we should pray for our leaders, and that we should pray for their repentance, and that they may find God.
We are told to pray for our enemies, again that they may change to righteousness, and find salvation, not to die or be murdered! We certainly can pray for the end of oppression, and for the suffering that we endure under bad government, and that evil may cease, such as the abortion movement.
However, God reserves Capital Justice of this type unto himself. Pastor Drake needs some remedial Bible study.
The recent “remarks” by Wiley Drake are outrageous and very embarrassing to California’s ‘American Independent Party’. On the other hand,you have to consider the SOURCE.
I guess every institution or political party , one way or another, ends up with their very own share of ‘kooks’. Too bad. Eventually,hopefully soon, through the courts and through AIP leadership attrition, these ‘kooks'(aka: legends in their own mind)will be finally ousted from their temporary leadership roles.The sooner, the better.
