The Post Bulletin of Rochester, Minnesota has this op-ed in favor of the National Popular Vote plan. Minnesota has not passed the plan.

Getting Minnesota’s 10 electoral votes on board the NPV wagon would be great. Hopefully it will pass their legislature and get signed by the governor.
