The federal lawsuit over whether the Maine Libertarian Party can be on the ballot in 2016 convened for a second day of testimony and argument on April 5. This newspaper story describes the hearing. It reveals that the main reason the party’s registration drive had so many rejected cards is because the applicants had poor handwriting.

From: James Ogle [Republican]
“The Original Joogle”
MONETERY, CALIFORNIA, USA
Good Republicans and Democratics are working together under pure proportional representation (PR) to bring full representation to all parties and independents.
On April 20th the 9th USA Parliament releases the ballot with 750+ names, and all names (100%), plus write-in names, are elected to the 10th USA Parliament until 10,000 names are elected or until the election ends on August 6th 2016.
Those ranked after #10,001 serve as back-ups, while those elected serve four-year terms as Members of Parliament (MPs).
Everyone loves working together under PR in the 9th USA Parliament Election of 2016.

“James and I were chatting about how most effectively to get the United Coalition word out at conventions and other events. He liked my suggestion that every candidate make a 2-sided flyer. The front side (and maybe some of the back side too) is about your candidacy if you are a candidate. The other side has some kind of write-up that you put together about the goals and organization of the coalition along with web and Facebook links.
As we go to events, most of us candidates don’t have time to talk about anything other than our campaigns. So having a flyer, at least, that you can hand out to even more people than you talk to, assures that the coalition is also promoted wherever you want to hand out your own campaign literature.
If you do this, please share your coalition write-up. That way we can collectively group edit the ideal presentation for flyers.”

About James Ogle
I, James Ogle, became an advocate of pure proportional representation (PR) since 1992 after being a candidate for city council in Carmel, California and realized that the best way for fair, competitive elections across the board for everyone is through pure proportional representation.
In 1994 I ran for Governor of California, campaigned online and in 1995-96 I ran for US President online and created the virtual “USA Parliament”.
In 1993 while campaigning online through Usenet (pre-dating Windows ’95 by two years), I was targeted by a small faction of internet bullies who threatened my life, slandered and harassed me for three years which culminated when Sergie Brin discovered my activities with his search engine then named “Back-rub”.
Brin wasn’t able to succeed as a programmer until he changed his search engine name after inquiring about my personal logo Joogle (my initials from James Orlando Ogle), he adopted the artistic nature (I am a programmer and artist) and the “page-rank” (for getting higher rankings through advertisement payments).
Brin made a compact with my personal antagonist and harasser Cameron Spitzer when he agreed to turn all search engine traffic about proportional representation away from my name which pretty much destroyed my business and any chance of success.
I get bragging rights because my name is a household name. Though my friends and family can’t believe that my name sparked the imagination of Brin, the reality is that everyone in the world knows my name but they don’t know the price I paid to get here.
There is also the new International Parliament, and late April will also see “votes of confidence” and the “majority coalition election” on a world level:
