The New York Libertarian Party statewide petition (containing candidates for President and U.S. Senate) is now safe from challenge. Although two individuals filed general objections, they did not follow up with the needed specific objections, and the time has now expired.
And now, the LP National Website shows Johnson on the ballot in New York.
According to the National Website, ballot access isn’t yet official in the following states:
Alabama
Connecticut
DC
Iowa
Kentucky
Minnesota
New Hampshire
Ohio
Pennsylvania
Rhode Island
Virginia
From that list, I believe petitions have been turned in (and the deadline has passed) in Connecticut, DC, New Hampshire, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. I think all that is needed in PA is for the substitution paperwork to be officially processed. The other states still have to check signatures, I believe
There has been a partial turn in for Virginia. I think that might also be the case in Iowa.
The remaining states — Alabama, Kentucky, Minnesota, and Rhode Island haven’t had their deadlines pass yet. The deadline has also not passed in Iowa or Virginia, even though there have been partial turn ins (I could be wrong about Iowa though).
Ohio should be official by Friday (the deadline for certifying the signatures), now that the SOS has dropped objections to substitution.
