Given that Clinton won New Mexico, it’s probably one of the few states remaining where the NPV Compact could be passed. If it did, it would probably kill any prospect of Gary Johnson carrying New Mexico in 2020, if he were thinking of running again.
Gary has already sworn that he will never again run for public office.
