On May 8, Alan Keyes was arrested while protesting on the campus of Notre Dame against an appearance by President Obama. Notre Dame does not let non-students protest on its campus. See this story. Alan Keyes received 47,694 votes in November 2008 as the presidential nominee of America’s Independent Party.
Keyes hasn’t had a good relationship with Obama. First he lost the Senate race, then he lost the Presidential race, and then this? Honestly, I’m not surprised though.
Isn’t this a violation of the 1st amendment?
It’s private property and he was arrested for trespassing.
since when was going on college campus trespassing? it’s a public place.
Notre Dame is a private religious school, and does not receive support from the state of Indiana or federal government. I guess it can consider its property private, and prosecute trespassing if it wishes. I’m certainly no legal scholar on trespassing.
Yup, it is almost certainly private property and thus the Bill of Rights generally does not apply.
He probably could have protested on public land in the area or gotten some sort of sponsorship as a guest speaker or whatnot.
#5: Are you saying that Notre Dame students are not eligible for federal financial assistance?
That’s also true of Hillsdale College in Michigan and Grove City in Pennsylvania.
“Richard Says:
May 10th, 2009 at 7:41 am
It’s private property and he was arrested for trespassing.”
There is actually a court ruling that says that protesting on college campuses during political events is legal, even if the college is private (also, keep in mind that there are really only one or two private colleges in the entire USA – Hillsdale College in Michigan and I think there’s one other – as every college except one or two accepts some form of tax payer funding).
Keyes is a fake/fraud/liar. His ” America’s Independent Party ” is founded on total corruption of him and his senior officers. His arrest is simply another publicity stunt, as was his lawsuit against Obama, to put lipstick on his pig. It is simply a tool to aid in his fundraising as everything that he does, however it may look on the surface, is all designed for the greater good of Alan Keyes and no one else.
Don Grundmann Vice-Chairman American Independent Party, California branch of the Constitution Party
WARNING! Don Grundmann is not a vice-chairman of the American Independent Party, nor does he hold any other office in the American Independent Party.
The last date Don Grundmann held office in the AIP
was on September 2, 2008. The two year term of Don
Grundmann as a National Committeeman ended on September 2, 2008. It was on July 5, 2008 that the
Convention of the American Independent Party picked
Ambassador Dr. Alan Keyes to run for President of the United States. The 2008 Convention took place
in the Auditorium of the California Secretary of
State Building in Sacramento and Don Grundmann attended as a delegate. I was the elected chairman of the 2008 Convention.
Don Grundmann is just an oddball party member that
does not like Alen Keyes. He could not get anyone
to place his name in nomination at the 2008 convention and should just be treated as a total
loser that he is.
Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman, American
Independent Party.
P.S. The national affliation of the American Independent Party has been since June 27, 2008,
the America’s Independent Party of Fenton, Michigan. AIP is not a branch of the Constitution Party.
Steve Rankin: Hillsdale and Grove City College are just about the ONLY schools refusing ANY federal money, that is, money extorted by the federal government, as opposed to money extorted by other governments.
There was another school in New Mexico, named something like College of the Southwest, but it is almost never mentioned, in any context, so I don’t even know if it still exists. (It had some really terrible administrators in the mid-1990s, so might have gone out of business.)
Hillsdale was, for example, one of the first colleges in the United States to accept black students, and that was ‘way, ‘way back, but the vicious morons in the feral government used the excuse of Pell grants and other such aid to demand access to Hillsdale’s records.
Hillsdale, and God bless ’em, said no, had to go to court several times, and finally said, sorry, but no students with Pell grants. The school tries to find other aid for those students.
Mark Seidenberg ( comment # 10 above ) is a Republican operative who as part of a conspiracy filed false documents with the California Secretary of State office claiming that the American Independent Party had disaffiliated from the Constitution Party. No such disaffiliation vote ever occurred as Seidenberg and others faked the vote and then used that fake vote to deliberately deceive the SOS office. Alan Keyes was behind the entire criminal enterprise. His ” Christian ” image is a total fake as in reality he is a liar as can easily be demonstrated by his orchestration of filing fake documents with the Calif. SOS office. The full facts of the corruption of Alan Keyes, Mark Seidenberg, and all others involved in this criminal enterprise will soon be found at TheCorruptionofAlanKeyes.org.
Don Grundmann Vice-Chairman American Independent Party, California branch of the Constitution Party
It’s really quite entertaining to watch 2 losers fighting over 47,694 votes in an election that had over 130,000,000 total votes.
The Reform Party at one time was a threat to the Republican Party until it was taken out from within by spies sent from the Republican Party to accomplish the deed. The 47,000 votes of Alan Keyes, as a Republican operative with the same purpose/plan as the Reform Party spies, is actually a victory for his cause as the real purpose was to destroy the potential threat which the Constitution Party represented to the Republicans. His purpose is actually not to build his own party, except for the glorification of his own ego, but instead to detonate any conservative 3rd party movement which could challenge the Republicans. The REAL American Independent Party ( of which I am the Vice-Chairman ), as compared to the fake one which claims affiliation with Keyes party of corruption, is fighting to break the monopoly of the tweedledee/tweedledum 2 party system which is strangling our Constitution in preparation for melding it into a world governmental system. When you decide to fight to save the future of our nation, and actually accomplish something, then write about ” losers.” Or you can sit on your butt and criticize while doing nothing to stop the corruption.
Don Grundmann Vice-Chairman American Independent Party, California branch of the Constitution Party
Don Grundmann again out with disinformation. First
I am not a “Republican” and I am not “part of a conspiracy filed false documents with California
Secretary of State office that the American Independent Party has disaffliated from the Constitution Party” (sic.). I know of no document
filed by the AIP with the Secretary of State showing an affliation with the Constitution Party.
The American Independent Party has been affliate with the America’s Independent Party since the AIP
State Cental Committee meeting of June 27, 2008.
The American Independent Party is affliated with only one national party, viz., America’s Independent Party of Fenton, Michigan. The false
statement is comming from Don Grundmann, because he
is claiming to be a Vice Chairman of a “branch of the Constitution Party”. The American Independent Party has never been a “branch of the Constitution
Party”.
Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman, American Independent Party.
P.S. WARNING! Don Grundmann and James King are not
officers of the American Independent Party. They
have not service as officers, viz., National Committeemen, since their two year term ended on
September 2, 2008.
P.P.S. The Republican falsely holding an AIP
office was a Rayna Mike King, who Don Grundmann voted to remove from that office in a 2007 state
central committee meeting of the American Independent Party. Is Don Grundmann now confussed as to who the real Republican operative is? Does
not Dr. Don Grundmann remember that “Rayna Mike King was claiming to be the “Republican Business Women of the Year”?
Does not Don Grundmann remember that both James King and Rayna Mike King had their votes cased for
Alan Keyes at the Kansas City Convention?
Don and Mark- I stand by calling you both losers in the sense of one who loses a contest, which you have both done spectacular jobs of.
Now let me comment on the state of 3rd parties, at least as reflected on this web site. There probably is a place for a serious 3rd party that really addressed the issues that working men and women face every day. The problem is that they too often tend to be dominated, at least in their public face, by kooks and whackos like you 2 and some of the other lulus who post here. All we get are obsessions with Obama’s birth certificate, UN black helicopters and lots of intramural name calling. All of that is of ZERO interest to the average guy. Yes you can say that you haven’t sold out to special ineterests; unfortunately, that is no reflection on your superior moral character, simply a function of the fact that you are so lacking in power or influence that no special interest would give a dime to buy you.
Nothing in your behavior here gives me any reason to think you would behave any better than the Dems or Repubs if you ever got power.
Your real problem is not ballot access. It is that even when you’re on the ballot you offer the average person no compelling reason to vote for you.
Jerry : To build a 3rd party takes a tremendous amount of diligent work by many people not least of which involves reaching the public with their message. If the average person knew of our message compared to what the ” Big Box ” parties offer then I believe that we would indeed gain a major influence in the political process but to reach that point it is our job to build the stucture which can accomplish that point. Hence it is very relevant to ” call names ” especially when they accurately descibe corruption such as that of Alan Keyes and Mark Seidenberg which is designed to tear down the 3rd party work done by countless others over many years in order to save the Big Box parties from exposure and defeat. The entire purpose of Keyes, Seidenberg, et. al. is to short circuit the development of a 3rd party opposition in order to preserve and protect the corrupt elements which are attacking our nation via the political process. Yes, 3rd parties lose a lot – until they finally win. So yes, you can call us ” losers ” all that you want while we are busy fighting for the nation by building up the structures to challenge the corruption of the 2 party political process. The issue of Obamas birth certificate is extremely relevant to the political process as if such a basic law requirement for seeking elective office can be totally ignored then so can any other aspect the the Constitution. If you want to cavalierly dismiss the Constitution then join the crowd of the unfortunate plurality of our nation which apparently doesn’t give a damn also. I am proud to be a ” kook and wacko ” if those who work to defend the Constitution are so smeared. For those who do work to defend the Constitution we fight against not only the indifference of the public ( you? ) but the corruption of those who claim to be its defenders but like Alan Keyes and Mark Seidenberg lie and committ endless acts of corruption without end in order to fill their own pockets and stroke their own egos while the nation goes down in flames. As just one example the AIP ( the REAL one ) and the CP are the ONLY parties challenging the corruption of the IRS and the Federal Reserve System which are financially raping the citizens into ever more poverty. Keyes and Seidenberg, via their outright corruption, are endlessly working to allow these financial crimes to steal our citizens ( including you ) blind. But would you possibly give a damn? I would say no.
Don Grundmann Vice-Chairman American Independent Party, California branch of the Constitution Party
Don Grundmann and his disinformation goes on. He states again that the “American Independent Party
[is a]California branch of the Constitution Party”.
Yet reading the Constitution of the Constitution Party, ARTICLE III states that ‘State affiliation with the Constitution Party shall be limited to one political party or organization from each state … each of which such entities shall herein be referred to as a “state affiliate.”‘
“The National Committee shall have the power to grant and revoke state affiliation status.” Further it states that “nothing in this Constitution or the by-laws of the Constitution Party shall confer upon the national party any
authority to direct the internal affairs of any
state affiliate.”
At the American Independent Party State Central
Committee meeting of June 27, 2008 the members voted to affiliate with the America’s Independent
Party of Fenton, Michigan.
Now we have the loser Don Grundmann who objected
to the action of the AIP State Central Committee
so he come up in his own mind that he thinks he
is holding my office which ran two years from September 3, 2006. I was reelected for an additional two year term, so I am the Vice Chairman until September 3, 2010.
The American Independent Party is not a branch of
the Constitution Party. It has only one National
Affliation and that is the America’s Independent
Party of Fenton, Michigan since June 27, 2008.
Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman, American
Independent Party.
Both your comments speak for themselves.
DIVIDE & CONQUER!
Comment #20 by J. R. Myers needs to be clarrified.
“J.R. Myers AIP Vice Chair South” has no relationship with the American Independent Party
(of California). J. R. Myers is the Vice Chairman
South of the Alaskan Independence Party and lives
in Soldotna, Alaska. It had became a state affiliated of the Constitution Party. However,
when the State Central Committee of the American
Independent Party (of California) voted to affliate
with the America’s Independent Party of Fenton, Michigan on June 27, 2008, a small rumb group of
about 3 delegates and some non-delegate friends
held a bogus cabal at a hotel on June 28 – 29, 2008
near the LAX airport. Don Grundmann was one of the
three.
The following Saturday, viz., July 5, 2008, Dr. Don Grundmann showed up at the 2008 American Independent Party Convention at the Auditorium of
the California Secretary of State Building in Sacramento as a delegate. I was the elected Chairman of the 2008 AIP Convention. On September
3, 2006, I was elected for a two year term as the
Vice Chairman of the American Independent Party
at the State Central Committee meeting of the AIP in Rancho Cordova (Sacramento County, CA). At the
September 3, 2006 meeting in Rancho Cordova, Dr.
Don Grundmann voted for my election for a two-year
term. I was re-elected for a second two year term
on July 6, 2008 (said 2nd term stated on September
3, 2008 and end on September 2, 2010. Dr. Don Grundmann was a no show at the AIP State Central Committee meeting on July 6, 2008, even though he
was a member of the AIP state central committee.
I hope the Alaska Independence Party will not have
go through the problems the American Independent Party is having when they chose to seek their own independence from the Constitution Party of Lancaster, PA.
Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman, American
Independent Party.
Do any of you want to come on my show? You guys are a scream!
Wait, maybe I can also get the guy who claims Obama is resigning by July 4. We can have all of you on together for a blowout special. Maybe do it live from Charlottesville. What do you think?
1) The official AIP convention in Los Angeles of 6/26 & 27 of 2008 had double the number of participants than the fake convention of the liar Mark Seidenberg in Sacramento. The majority of the State Central Committee attended the meeting in contrast to the fake ” convention ” of the Keyes liars in Sacramento.
2) Mark – I hereby make the following $1,000 challenge to you and any of your fellow liars like Mark Robinson, Ed Noonan, Alan Keyes, and Tom Hoefling. I will give $1,000 cash to anyone who can prove that the so-called vote to disaffiliate the AIP from the CP was conducted by or had a majority of the State Central Committee vote. Of course I could make it $1,000,000 and I would still never have to pay because you know that it was a fake vote with 7 people at most out of Central Committee number of 17; i.e.; you are a liar. I say that you are also, as with Alan Keyes, a coward as you cannot prove the validity of any such ” vote ” but instead, like Keyes, continuously lie to cover up the truth of your corruption.
3) Mr. Myers – ” Divide and Conquer ” is indeed the technique of Alan Keyes who, as a Republican operative like Mark Seidenberg and similarly backed by Republican money, is dedicated to tearing down any 3rd party opposition to the Republicans. Please be aware that the Alan Keyes and/or his fellow liars will attempt to present their fraud to your party while holding a knife in their hand ready to stab you in the back at a seconds notice. Your party has a honorable history. Don’t be fooled when the corruption of Alan Keyes comes calling with his sirens song which will work to crash your party on the rocks. He is a betrayer, complete fraud, and ( just like his fellows such as Seidenberg ) a total liar. He will have zero interest in aiding you excdept to promote himself. He, as with his followers like Seidenberg, is a user and a parasite.
Don Grundmann Vice-Chairman American Independent Party, California branch of the Constitution Party
Alan Keyes seems to be first and for most all about ‘me, myself and I’. Everything about him and his various public speeches and acts reeks of this. You do not have to agree/disagree with his politics to see this,
I doubt that the U.S.S.C. has ruled that the 1st Amendment applies to a private college. Also, the fact that the government can regulate a piece of private land, does not mean the 1st Amendment applies.
Yet, I am not too sure what the legal precedent in this area may be.
BTW, The Reform Party did not seem to be too well thought out by Ross Perot. It had too little of an identity and fell apart over social-cultural issues as well as internal office politics. Notice, that it took the Natural Law Party with it…
Comment to reply # 24. My suggestion is Dr. Grundmann give the $1000 cash to a neutral party
like Richard Winger. I can prove we had a vast
majority of the State Central Committee voting
to join the America’s Independent Party on Friday
June 27, 2008.
Next, Dr. Don Grundmann states that “[t]he official
AIP convention of 6/26 & 27, 2008 had double the
number of partipants than the fake convention of the liar Mark Seidenberg”. (sic.) First the Convention of the American Indpendent Party for 2008 took place on Saturday July 5, 2008 in the Auditorium of the California Secretary of State Building in Sacramento, CA. I was the elected Chairman of the2008 convention and I am not a liar. It is news to me that a Convention of anything took place on Thursday, June 26, 2008, and Friday, June 27, 2008 in Los Angeles. This is so strange since the American Independent Party had a State Central Committee meeting on Friday, June 27, 2008. It was at that meeting the AIP affiliated with the America’s Independent Party of Fenton, Michigan.
I for one would like to know about the so-called
“Convention in Los Angeles on Thursday, June 26, 2008 and Friday, June 27, 2008.” Please provide
details on who you met with on Thurday June 26, 2008 and Friday, June 27, 2008 in Los Angeles.
Were any of these people a member of the American Independent Party?
WARNING! Dr. Don Grundmann has not been an officer of the American Independent Party since September 2, 2008. He has never been Vice Chairman of the AIP.
Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman, American
Independent Party.
“If the average person knew of our message compared to what the †Big Box †parties offer then I believe that we would indeed gain a major influence in the political process..”
The message you are sending loud and clear is that your party is not up to managing a high school homecoming dance, let alone any executive or legislative office.
“Yes, 3rd parties lose a lot – until they finally win.”
No, in your case, you will lose a lot and then lose a lot more, for which we should all be thankful.
” I can prove we had a vast
majority of the State Central Committee voting
to join the America’s Independent Party on Friday
June 27, 2008.”
Response : Then prove it. Don’t hide behind Richard. List the names of the people that were on the call. There were 17 people on the Central Committee. If you had a ” vast majority ” then you must at least have had 9 on the call. Give the names. But you can’t and you won’t because you know that you are lying. You ARE a complete and total liar and that is your BEST quality. You, just like Keyes, are a fraud and a coward.
Don Grundmann Vice-Chairman American Independent Party, California branch of the Constitution Party
After reading your website, Dr Grundmann, not only would I not let you organize a high schoold home coming, I wouldn’t even want you attending. And the same goes for the equally crazy Alan Keyes. Any party that either of you is asociated with should be condemned by every thinking person.
Reply to Dr. Don Grundmann post # 29. I am not hiding behind Richard (Winger). I just want to
made an easy $1,000. Who does Don Grundmann then
suggests to hold the $1,000 as a neutral party
that I also know and trust? I have no knowledge
that the number was 17 on the central committee. The number was far greater than that. First Anne
E. Thomas the party secretary that walked out on
the State Central Committee meeting in 2007 was never a member of the State Central Committee. Anne E. Thomas was only a non-member Secretary of the State Central Committee. Does that help you
Don with your count. How about telling the reads
on this site who you met at your Convention on
Thursday, June 26, & Friday, June 27, 2008 in Los
Angeles. I believe it was zero and it Don Grundmann giving out disiformation again.
WARNING: Don Grundmann has held no office with the
American Independent Party since September 2, 2008,
and has never been a Vice Chairman of the American
Independent Party. Further, the American Independent Party has never been a branch of the
Constitution Party.
Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman, American Independent Party
So, the American/a Independent Party is on its way to becoming another Reform-Natural Law Party and we can all watch and enjoy the soap opera drama…or even get interactive about it…just watch;
“Both people here claiming to be from the AIP are frauds! They are really space aliens from the planet Uranus and have been plotting to [insert favorite conspiracy theory here] with the help of the evil [insert unpopular/misunderstood class of people here] and the only thing that can stop them are a series of lawsuits and public speeches.
“So, if you love [good things] and dislike [bad things] please send me lots of money to help my lawsuits and pay for my lecture circuit.”
See, how much fun this can be?! Forget, election law reforms, lets attack each other with wild theories and accusations and outrageous gimmicks.
” After reading your website, Dr Grundmann, not only would I not let you organize a high schoold home coming, I wouldn’t even want you attending. And the same goes for the equally crazy Alan Keyes. Any party that either of you is asociated with should be condemned by every thinking person.”
Mr. Baker – For the possible further development of your inteeligence perhaps you could go beyond making a witless statement and give one ( just ONE ) example of what you reference. For instance – the REAL American Independent Party ( not the fake of Keyes/Seidenberg ) is working to stop the corruption of the IRS and the Federal Reserve; the 2 biggest financial crimes in the history of the nation which to this day are swindling the citizens – including you – of countless wealth. No other party is working to so defend the nation and the citizens. I presume from your comments that you find such defense of the people to be worthless or less. Can you articulate a thought beyond a slur?
Mark Seidenberg the Liar – You claimed to have a vast majority of the Central Committee vote; a total vote number which you now claim was ” far greater ” than 17. Yet you avoid providing any evidence. This is because you are a psychotic liar and coward.
Don Grundmann Vice-Chairman American Independent Party, California branch of the Constitution Party
WARNING! Don Grundmann has not held an office in the American Independent Party, since September 2,
2008 when his two year term ended as a member of the AIP National Committee. He has never been a
Vice Chairman of the AIP. He posted a reference to
a Convention held in Los Angeles on Thursday, June
26, 2008 & Friday, June 27, 2008. However, no one
I contacted in Los Angeles knows of a Convention or
any other gathering of delegates those dates. Start off listing the delegates you claim you say
on both Thursday, June 26, 2008 and Friday, June 27, 2008.
It was on Saturday, July 5, 2008 the AIP State Convention voted to select the ticket of
Ambassador Dr. Alan Keyes for President and Pastor
Dr. Wiley Drake of the First Baptist Church of Buena Park for Vice President. Since September 3,
2008, Dr. Wiley Drake has been the Chaplin of the
AIP. He replaced Chaplin Warren Campbell. Like
Don Grundmann, Warren Campbell was elected to a two
year term that ended on September 2, 2008. Said
AIP state central committee took place on September
3rd, 2006 in Rancho Cordova, CA.
Last year James King filed a lawsuit to remove Ed
Noonan (Chairman of the AIP) from office because the Rancho Cordova AIP State Central Committee meeting, did not take place in Sacramento. He also wanted the other party officer replaced for the same silly reason.
The court ruled that Rancho Cordova was
part of Sacramento within the meaning of the California Election Code section covering notice
from delegates to appointed members. James King
was a big loser because the Judge rejected the
view that Rancho Cordova should not be considered
part of Sacramento. I thank the Rancho Cordova
Chamber of Commerce for helping Ed Noonan
and the American Independent Party keep there offices within the AIP.
Again the number was far higher than 17. Don Grundmann will not get the list for free, because
he offered to pay $1000. I will be provided the
list for $1000 that he offered.
I am not a liar. How about Don Grundmann claiming
a AIP convention on Thurday, June 26, 2008 and
Friday, June 27, 2008. No person in the party other
than Dr. Don Grundman ever heard of a convention on
those date.
Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman, American Independent Party.
For those who have some interest in the party affairs of the American Independent Party. What
happened last year was the following: I was seated
in a Los Angeles hotel lobby on June 28, 2008 and
James King came up to me and through in my face a
wad of paper and started yelling at me. I opened the wad and read the notice of June 27, 2008 that the American Independent Party State Central Committee voted to affiliate with the America’s
Independent Party of Fenton, Michigan.
I few month later James King sued the AIP state
chairman, Califoria State Printer, & the California
Secretary of State, claiming that the 2006 organizational meeting of the AIP state central committee on September 3, 2006 (over 23 months after that meeting happened) was not a valid meeting because the meeting took place in Rancho
Cordova, CA. California Election Code section 7608
states in part: “Each delegate to the State Convention shall send a notice by mail to each person he or she appointed a member of this committee, that will inform him or her that: (b)
the committee will meet in Sacramento and the date
of the meeting.”
The issue was what was ment by the word “Sacramento”, i.e., was it limited to the City
limits or the County of Sacramento. The late Wm
Shearer the parlimentarian of the AIP in 2006 ruled
that Sacramento was the County limits for the meaning of Election Code 7608. James King did not
agree with Wm Shearer on this point in law. Because of that James King claimed that he was the
Chairman of the “REAL American Independent Party of
California”.
The Superior Court Judge ruled that Ed Noonan was the State Chairman of the American Independent Party and was elected on September 3, 2006 for a
full two year term.
Therefore, it important to note the limits of the
several communities within Sacramento County when
the 2010 organization meeting of the State Central
Committee next meets in light of the wacky concerns of James King over meeting places under
California Election Code section 7620.
Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman, American Independent Party.
Mark – As expected your cowardice shows in not producing the names of the fakes who with you had the fake non-vote to disaffiliate from the CP. You simply refuse to supply the names because you would be openly exposed as the criminal liar and coward that you are. And your lying continues by your complete misrepresentation of not only the issues before the court but the ruling by the court. You are lucky that Jim simply tossed a paper in your face. A liar and traitor like you would in past times, such as the times of George Washington, have simply been taken out and shot as a traitor. End of story. Previous historical times treated traitors. spies, liars, and utterly corrupt rodents like you much differently than in our own time. But justice is still coming for you. As the saying goes – ” The wheels of justice grind slowly but they grind exceedingly fine.” You will be brought to justice and you will pay for your crimes. Your evil will be stopped and you will be destroyed by your corruption.
Don Grundmann Vice-Chairman American Independent Party, California branch of the Constitution Party
WARNING! Don Grundmann has not been an officer in the American Independent Party since September 2, 2008. He has never been a vice chairman of the
American Independent Party. The American Independent Party has never been a “California
branch of the Constitution Party.”
Dr. Grundmann, please have a talk with James Clymer, Chairman of the Constitution Party. He
can explain to you that the American Independent
Party was not and is not a branch of the Constitution Party. It may have been an affiliate
at once in history, but on June 27, 2008 the American Independent Party affiliated with the
America’s Independent Party by a vote the the
AIP’s State Central Committee.
I can produce the list you want. You offered $1000
for it. I agreed to that offer. I would like
the $1000 at the time the list is turned over. I will agree to an escrow of the list if that is how
you would like to handle it. Since, I have no trust you would turn over the $1000, I will not produce the list prior to the payment of the $1000.
Bottom line I agree with your price.
I am not a coward. I am just trying to be a good
businessman. You set the price of $1000. I agreed
to the price. Now you want me to give up the list
at a zero cost. I say no. I will not change the price as of now. Again how do you want to make the
exchange?
I believe you did not meet with any other delegate
on Thursday June 26 and Friday June 27, 2008. Therefore, the above post by Don Grundmann that
there was a convention on those dates was more disinformation on the part of Don Grundmann.
Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman, American Independent Party
Mark : You know that you are a damn liar and that only 7 people at most were on the call that supposedly disaffiliated from the CP. You are just a outright coward by refusing to produce the names. Just as your friends Alan Keyes, Mark Robinson, Tom Hoefling, and Ed Noonan are also lying cowards. How well you fit together. 5 of the most corrupt people on the face of the earth all gathered together. I will soon publicize your singular and collective corruption at TheCorruptionOfAlanKeyes.org. That is only the start to the end of your collective corruption and the collective justice which will find you all and bring you all down. The nation will know how utterly and completely corrupt you are. May God damn you for your evil and corruption. But before that you will be brought to justice.
Don Grundmann Vice-Chairman American Independent Party, California branch of the Constitution Party
WARNING! Dr. Don Grundmann has not been an officer
of the American Independent Party since September 2, 2008. He was elected as a National Committeeman
for a two year term (only) on September 3, 2006 in
Rancho Cordova, Sacramento County, CA. He has never been the Vice Chairman of the American Independent Party.
Questions for Dr. Don Grundmann or any other person
that attendend the American Independent Party’s
State Central Committee meeting on September 3,
2006 in Rancho Cordova, CA. 1) California Election
Code sub-section 7608(b) requires the organizational meeting of the State Central Committee meet every two years in Sacramento. Do
you want those meetings limited to the city limits
of Sacramento or will the limits of Sacramento County be fine with the party members in 2010 or beyond? James King tried to void the September 3,
2006 organizational meeting of the AIP that took
place in Rancho Cordova, because it was not in the
city limits of Sacramento, CA.
2) On September 3, 2006 at the Rancho Cordova organizational meeting of the American Independent Party state central committee it was held on a
Sunday because the California Election Code require
those meeting on a Sunday. Do you think we could get greater numbers of members to attend a meeting
if it was held on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thurday?
Reason Friday, Saturday, & Sunday are holidays for
the three great faiths. This would require going
to the California Legislature to amend the California Election Code.
To Dr. Don Grundmann: I am not a coward or a liar.
I have agreed to produce the list you wanted at the
price you set, viz., $1000.00 (One Thousand U.S. Dollars). Get back to me with the ideas of parties
you want to use for the escrow.
So far not one of the delegates to the 2008 AIP
convention of the American Independent Party has
a retroseption of meeting with Don Grundmann on
Thursday, June 26, 2008 or Friday, June 27, 2008
for any kind of official meeting that was called
to order. Don Grundmann, why not now post that
you gave disinformation to the readers of Ballot
Access News by posting that the 2008 AIP convention
was in Los Angeles on June 26, 2008 and June 27, 2008. Look in the mirror to see who is a liar,
viz., holding an AIP office and coming up with
dates for Conventions that never happened.
Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman, American
Independent Party.
