On July 27, the Pennsylvania Libertarian Party filed its statewide petition, which contains nominees for U.S. Senate, Governor, and Lieutenant Governor. The state required 5,000 valid signatures; the Libertarians submitted 11,000.
By the August 1 deadline, it is expected that statewide petitions from the Green and Constitution Parties will also be submitted. This year will be the first since 2002 than any statewide minor party or independent candidates were on the ballot in a gubernatorial year. However, in 2017, there was a Green on the statewide ballot for a partisan judicial race.
The new One Libertarian Party United Coalition USA is working closely with all parties and independents.
We support Mark Herd’s [Libertarian] collaborating with the team to elect the top male and top female (or visa versa) for President and Vice President in 2020.
Mark Herd and Gail Lightfoot are both recently elected executives of the California Libertarian Party and they are approachable and in good communication with the team.

The 589-member team will be continuing the votes of confidence for the executives through Earth Day of 2020.
Us men are united in coordinating with the best combinations for unity with gender balance, not the party-boss predictable trend with two male winners 100% of the time. Instead a 50/50 partnership with our opposite gender.
The possibilities of a male and/or female name on the 2020 POTUS ticket are guaranteed should 2/3rds of the voters pick our opposite gender #1 with consecutively alternating genders thereafter.
Many scenarios are possible with the California Libertarian Party and the possibilities are limitless.
The One Party is putting the team ahead of everyone and no one person is more important than the team.
California Libertarian Party Bylaw Committee Member Mark Herd is heading up a project for bring single transferable vote (STV) to not just California but to all geo-levels of the Libertarian Party.
The One Party has elected the five world executives and party guidelines using the innovative A to Z and Z to A ballot proceedues and the marked eballot totals are linked to bottom on home page.
Next we will be electing Directors under the approved guidelines which are also linked to bottom of we page.
Please be patient, we’re looking at October 8th, 2018 as a key date for all United Coalition business.
More to be announced in monthly cycles leading up to October 8th, 2018.

Why doesn’t Mark Herd ever leave a comment about the project he seems so heavily involved with? Maybe a fresh perspective would help people to understand what you and he are doing.
More separate and unequal ballot access stuff in a State regime.

Why have more than ONE main website for ALL the Ogle stuff ???
TOTAL confusion with multiple main websites.
Richard, regarding Mark Herd, he has been busy traveling to Denver and next Miami, and He said he read the comments, was planning to file his FEC form to run for Prez when he returns to California in a few weeks, and that he didn’t feel ready to respond to your question but he does want to run for POTUS in 2020 and to try to win the California primary in order to help a campaign on a lower geo-level for California Assembly.
Meanwhile, we are reforming the following four super-state parliaments on August 6th 2018, and our votes will elect the best names. We ask that voters rank opposite gender at #1, with consecutively alternating genders thereafter.
I have also phoned the Green Party USA to request that they also coordinate so Mark and I can work together to find the best female candidates for President.
We have many friends on the ballots including one Jim Riley [Info. Not Avail.] in the Mid-West and many other friends of ours.
If anyone knows of corrections or updates please try to contact me by August 6th when the elections results are to be announced on the following four super-state parliaments. I have already contacted the Green Party of the US about the team:

James Ogle. OK, I took your suggestion in your second comment above and went to your website and checked the “marked eballots.” There were only three and one of them not marked completely. I give you credit for not being embarrassed by this.
