Kentucky’s Attorney General recently ruled that polling place election officials may give a list of the declared write-in candidates to any voter who asks for the list. See this story. The ruling says making the list available is not “electioneering.” Thanks to Electionline for the link.
Where is the *MODEL ELECTION LAW* —
NOT HAVING ANY *MAY* *DISCRETION* STUFF
— ONLY *SHALL* AND *SHALL NOT* STUFF.
ALL Election steps must be YES/NO–
Registered Elector
Qualified candidate on ballots
Legal vote for candidates/issues
etc.
Elections are now matters of LIFE or DEATH —
NOT some junk TV show about games, taste, like/dislike, etc.

Excellent decision by the Kentucky Attorney General.
Texas law requires that a list of write-in candidates be posted in each voting booth.
