3. ANNOUNCEMENT

   The First International Parliament will be receiving 51% ownership of the USA corporation All Party System Co. (APS-IB) on October 8th when the approved ownership transfer is completed.

   When you look at the virtual board room linked above, you see ten facebook pictures on the wall, representing the ten “IP Execs” of the International Parliament (IB).

   Those ten hold ten votes on APS-IB (IB=”international bureau”) and so new responsibilities will be asked of us Ten Execs, the top responsibility being to attend the annual conference call, usually a phone call scheduled on first Sunday after July 4th.

   The Ten Execs must attend the conference call or sign the meeting’s minutes and return the hard copy within 90 days after the meeting.

   First I will email the IP Ten Execs regarding this transfer of ownership and then I will start promoting the APS-IB and we will try to elect the best participants as the “Ten IB Execs” by emailing all the IP Senators and MIPs.

   On January 1st, voting for the Ten IP Execs starts fresh, all ten remain on the board into the next year, the ten names remain at top of ballot, along with the “top 26” names who will also be on the ballot.

   So this could likely bring new people, new votes, especially after January 1st 2019.

   Everyone in the First International Parliament and the APS-IB should see more and more activity in the chat groups and facebook pages starting October 8th 2018 when ownership transfer is completed.

   The APS-IB is like the parliament store where things to do with money are attended such as hosting costs, hardware costs, taxes and other fees.

   The primary source of income is the IP Senators ($60./year) and MPP Senators ($10./year) so we ask everyone to help bring IP and MPP Senators.

   We need everyone to work, not just observe, but to help carry the financial load by paying for and/or recruiting IP and MPP Senators.

   We need more than 15 new IP Senators to sign up and/or renew every year just to pay minimum costs.

   There are also other needs such as volunteerism in the USA Presidential elections in 2020 where we are already trying to sign up 750+ Electors at no cost to the Elector, but for USA citizens and residents only.

   Everything had gone so well over the past twenty-five consecutive years or organising when our team first brought the unity phenomena to the internet in 1993.

   Our team wants to build a self-sustaining vote counting operation and so the “Ten IP Execs” and the APS-IP have the most potential to make that happen worldwide.
