Michigan measure 18-2 has passed with 61% of the vote. It creates a redistricting commission to handle both U.S. House districts, and state legislative districts. The commission will have 13 members: 4 Republicans, 4 Democrats, and 5 members who are neither.
The SoS will control this, so gerrymandering just in a different method.
