  1. NO mere interstate compact can subvert/amend the USA Const [even if it gets approval in the USA gerrymander Congress) —

    14-1 EPC and 14-2.

    NPV scheme –
having votes OUTSIDE OF A STATE DETERMINE ELECTION RESULTS INSIDE A STATE.

T-O-T-A-L SUBVERSION OF THE USA CONST. – 14-1 EPC and 14-2.

HOW ABOUT DIVIDE THE USA NOW ???

RED COMMUNIST REGIMES ON W/E OCEAN COASTS AND BLACK FASCIST REGIMES IN MIDDLE

    – OCEAN ACCESS VIA GULF OF MEXICO.

  2. CO happens to be a New Age Balkans type Area —

olde whites / Indians vs new Hispanics.

IE – How many illegal invaders in CO ???

  3. States can pick any method they want to determine their electors. From tossing a coin to the nationwide popular vote winner to whoever the state legislature likes best, whether that person is running or not. It’s in the Constitution.

  4. So sad the citizens of Colorado have decided to turn their votes over to the states of CA, NY, TX, OH and FL. The NPV takes away the votes of smaller less populated states and lets the more radical states determine who wins. It is not a one person one vote system, it actually erases every vote cast in that state. Too bad the population didn’t understand what they were doing. So sad.
