Well that sucks. 891,509 guber votes cast in ’18 means 26,746 valid signatures will be needed (effectively at least 41,000 to be collected). At least Hutchinson is term-limited in ’22, but nothing is likely to change.
Richard, how soon can parties there start?
Parties can petition any time they wish, but they are limited to a 90-day period of their own choosing.
The new law has no effect on presidential elections. It continues to be true that parties that only want to be on for president need 1,000 valid signatures.
How many UNEQUAL laws for parties and independents are there — USA/States/Locals ???
result – the left v right gangster OLIGARCHS/MONARCHS — since 1776.
Scumbag. A lawsuit should be filed over this.
