The American Delta Party, which was formed in a few states in 2016 by Rocky De La Fuente, no longer has enough registered voters in Delaware to be ballot-qualified. Delaware had been the only state in which the party was still on the ballot.
However, it is still possible for it to regain status in time for the 2020 election. Here is a link to the January 2, 2020 data, showing that parties need 715 registered members. American Delta now has 711.
Sounds like they need a Delta FOURce. groan.

military – could take over little DE State in 1 minute or less ???
If Fuente runs as a third party candidate, would he still use that label?
I have never heard of this third party.
Delaware has qualification for presidential primaries by petition , over several months. De La Fuente qualified last October, Trump filed in December, and only 3 Democrats have bothered so far with the deadline more than a month away.
It is likely the Deltans are changing their registration to Republican in order to vote in the primary.
@EB,
Some states don’t permit independent candidacies, but permit them to provide a slogan, or run as rhe candidate of a newly created party.
It is surprising that you have not heard of the American Delta Party since they were on the Minnesota ballot in 2016, finishing just behind the Socialist Workers in ninth place overall.
