New sources are reporting that the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor no longer wishes to host the presidential debate of October 15. The Commission on Presidential Debates had chosen university campuses for all three presidential debates, as well as the vice-presidential debate. The University of Michigan feels the scene will be disorderly. Thanks to Political Wire for this news.

Bringing the three-party system starts with the US Presidential Electors or Delegates who simply cast one #1 vote for either Prez or VP instead of two votes. That’s called limited voting.
Limited voting using “Xs”= semi-proportional representation
Limited voting using the two equations with numerals (1,2,3,4,etc.) and the single transferable vote (STV) = pure proportional representation (PPR)
There are two mathematical equations used to get PPR; Droop Quota and STV.
The new United Coalition USA has been teaching the correct math via the internet for PPR since 1992.
