On March 4, the South Dakota legislature passed HJR 5003, which requires constitutional amendments to pass with 60% of the vote.

  2. South Dakota already passed a bill to make it more difficult to place initiatives on the ballot. If they make it too hard it could basically kill the process.

  3. Init sections must be self-enforcing —-

    NOOO gerrymander laws by HACKS —- except to enforce inits against torts and crimes.
