1. Out of staters should be tarred, feathered, and ridden across the state line on a spiked rail after a weekend in the pillory. In fact, all travel between states should be halted at least for five years while states study whether to resume it on a much more limited and controlled basis.

   Walls should be built between states, and if visitors are allowed, they should be closely observed for the duration of their visit, and certainly not allowed to engage in commercial activities of any sort, much less politics. The latter really ought to be a death penalty offense, ideally.

12. I don’t understand your question. A war between groups of states long before anyone alive now was born is not relevant to what we should do going forward. Maine should be only for Mainers. If massholes want a piece of Maine, fine, cede them the southern quarter of the state. But the price of that is that there shall be a wall protecting the rest of our State that no one may pass. There ought be no door in that wall, no bridge or opening for anyone to pass through. Only sentries with guns, electrified barbed wire. And antiaircraft guns.
