One Party System Popular in Pakistan, China
July 1st 100th Anniversary
Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan has repeated his country’s support for the Chinese government regarding its policies in the Muslim-majority Xinjiang province, while also praising the country’s one-party system as offering a better model for societies compared with electoral democracy.
Khan was speaking to members of the Chinese news media who were visiting Islamabad as part of the 100th anniversary celebrations of the Communist Party of China (CPC) on Thursday.

Looking at the “candidate qualifications and requirements” document on the Secretary of State’s website, it appears that they are violating the law regarding signatures in lieu of filing fees. The normal number of signatures in lieu of filing fees for a statewide office in a regularly scheduled election is 7,000, but it is supposed to be reduced in proportion to the reduced signature gathering period when there is an abbreviated signature gathering period for a special election. In this election, there are apparently just six days for signature gathering (until July 6th) instead of fifty-five, so the number of signatures required should be reduced to 764 (and the pro-rata value of signatures collected increased from roughly $0.60 each to $5.49 each toward the $4194.94 filing fee).

The Los Angeles County LP has blocked free speech by censoring/regulating six of twelve Prez candidates to the floor when we attended after two years of signing up 800 Electors, they used systemic racism and communist-style elections.
No way to the LNC one-party system.
No way to bogus AppV and RCV in single-winner election districts.
No way to the disrespect.

Our team brings potential for the blind to build constructive bridges. The work is going on now on a national level.
In the two examples below, in Los Angeles County today, where privately an anonymous blind friend Los Angeles County typed;
“I’m happy to be connected with [anon]; it’s always interesting to meet more blind people in politics.
I’m not going to run for office within the Libertarian Party. I just finished my term on the National Committee of the American Solidarity Party and do need a break from that kind of thing right now anyway, but I’m still interested in talking politics.”
Another anonymous blind Libertarian Party of Los Angeles County Moderator wrote with regards to the July 10th Los Angeles County LP convention;
“You are one rude obnoxious person. I deleted your shit and yes I block to you. I will not except anything from you or anybody associated with you. All I ask you is for respect and we will talk about it later this is why nobody listens to you and this is why you will fail.
You should go for a psychiatrist appointment and look at your OCD that you cannot stop repeating yourself you were stuck in a loop and it is sad. I want nothing to do with you you were disrespectful and obnoxious. Go join the Green party and leave us alone.”
NOTE: Both messages were sent to a blind person while seeking for replies to my questions. The latter one seems more closed to hearing more.

I came here for non-biased (as much as can be expected) information, and get political BS from one party/person pushing fundraising for a candidate, fighting between differing views, etc.
Everyone is entitled to their own views and this space should be able to respect that THIS is NOT the place to campaign, raise funds, or fight over politics.
PLEASE! For the sake of California. can’t we ever just get factual information anywhere anymore?
