California Citizens Independent Redistricting Commission Will Ask State Supreme Court to Relax Deadlines

On June 14, the California independent citizens redistricting commission voted unanimously to ask the California Supreme Court to set aside the legal deadlines for the commission to finish its work. This request was made because the U.S. Census Bureau can’t furnish the data as early as it usually does. See this story. The California 2022 primary is in June.

  1. ALL New Age gerrymanders – since 1964 g cases —

    1/2 or less votes x 1/2 rigged g dists = 1/4 or less CONTROL.

    — with much much much worse extremist primary math.

    VOTERS VOTE- NOT Census pops.
    PR legis
    APPV exec/judic
    TOTSOP

  2. You can’t have PR without party labels.

You also can’t have one day elections that are all vote by mail.

    Those things don’t go together.

  3. CANDIDATES HAVE THE PARTY LABELS.

EQUAL NOM PETS – LIMITED *ACTIVE* CANDIDATES FOR EACH OFFICE = NOOO SUPER-LARGE BALLOTS.

  4. What good is a party label when the party can’t control who uses it? It stops meaning anything. Parties should be on the ballot, and then select their own candidates any way they want with no government interference based on how many votes the party gets.

  5. BAAADE OLDE DAYS — PARTY GANG BOSSES PICKING HACK CANDIDATES.

    INFAMOUS BOSS TWEED GANG.

    >>> PRIMARIES 1888-1890 BUT NOW – TOTAL EXTREMISTS.

    EQUAL NOM PETS – MULTI-FACTIONS – LEFT/MIDDLE/RIGHT

  6. They didn’t do proportional representation. Besides, the old days weren’t so bad compared to the nonsense now.

  7. 1776-1861 BAAAADDDEEE olde days —-

American Indians genocide — to 1890
    SLAVERY — to 1865
minimal women rights — to 1920

  8. So now we got communism, trannies, woke brainwashing, feminized men, feminazis, stimmys, burn loot murder…give me the old days back!

  9. Yes, while you are on that subject, drug abuse and overdoses keep setting new records year after year too.
