Summary of State Post-Election Audit Laws

Some commenters to this website seem very interested in the accuracy of official election returns. Forty-two states have procedures for post-election audits. The National Association of Secretaries of State issued this report in September 2021, describing each state’s law on post-election audits.

The states that don’t seem to have such laws are Alabama, Idaho, Louisiana, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, South Carolina, and South Dakota.

  1. ANY Stone Age State NOT using scanner ballots ???

with test batch scanner votes immediately before/after election days ???

How many States do NOT immediately report voter turnouts ??? –

AA pre-election day, BB election day, CC post-election day [which I regard as blatantly UN-const since ABS ballots are ONLY a substitute for in person votes on election days ] — with immediate checks on any double/triple votes.

ALL ABS ballots should ONLY be counted in precincts

    — NOOO super-mob scenes as in Detroit in Nov 2020 – about 600 ABS precincts in one bldg.

ALL of above should be ONE Model Election Law with the various LEGAL options.
