The Maine Secretary of State has posted new registration data. See it here. The percentages are: Democratic 35.52%, Republican 28.16%, Green Independent 4.06%, Libertarian .06%, other and independent 32.20%.
In November 2020, the percentages were: Democratic 35.68%, Republican 28.36%, Green Independent 4.01%, other and independent 31.94%. At the time the state did not allow anyone to register Libertarian.
What state has the highest percentage of registered Libertarians? Or Greens?

The state with the highest Green registration is Maine.
The state with the highest Libertarian registration is Nebraska. My comment here originally said it was Alaska, but a kindly commenter correctly said the original comment was wrong.
I am using percentages here, not raw numbers.
The state with the highest percentage of Libertarians is Nebraska, followed by Utah. Alaska has sunk to 3rd place and will probably drop to 5th or 6th place by the end of the year, behind Kansas and Idaho.

I think the states with the most registered Libertarians in terms of raw numbers are, 1) California, and 2) Pennsylvania.
I think there are around 20 states which have non-partisan voter registration.

In response to states with the most Libertarian registration, California is #1 with well over 220,000. The next highest is actually North Carolina, which reported, last week, 49,143. The last report of Pennsylvania was approximately 39,000 registered Libertarians, but that was as of last December. Their Secretary of State’s webside doesn’t update the number publicly, so I rely on what is posted on these pages. If there is a more recent (and higher) number, that would be good to know.
Pennsylvania reported Libertarian registration on their May 17, 2022 report. It came in at 44,150.
