On July 12, the New York Libertarian and Green Parties filed this reply brief in the Second Circuit, in Libertarian Party of NY v New York State Board of Elections, 21-1464. This is the ballot access case, which is being expedited. The oral argument will be in early September, but the exact date hasn’t been set yet.
