Not running, though I did just turn 35, and met the age requirement.
To be clear, in late May there will be an online vote among party members which will choose a presidential candidate; if there are more than three candidates it will be by Ranked Choice Voting. The convention in Plano will then choose a running mate.
Correction; three or more candidates would trigger RCV
Do they have a stated goal for ballot access in 2024?
Walter, speaking just as a member, I am optimistic that we can grow past our 8 state/66 electoral vote threshold from 2020. However, no, the Party has not explicitly adopted a goal.
Even tho I don’t agree with some of this party’s thinking, I wish them well. Their thinking is outside the narrow, one dimensional left-right spectrum. We need more like them to break out of the lousy two party system.
