Colorado Bill That Would Have Injured Ballot Access Loses in Commitee

On February 16, the Colorado Senate State, Veterans & Military Affairs Committee voted 4-1 to postpone consideration of SB23-101 indefinitely. This is the bill that would have eliminated the ability of qualified minor parties to make nominations in convention.

  1. I called my Representative and State Senator yesterday urging them to oppose the bill. I’m glad it didn’t come to them having to vote.
